Dear Eileen
I realise you are still in Kew Gardens doing research and will not get this until your return to the States but I felt to write this before it goes from my mind. I attended your seminar in Leicester and thanks for such great material. I will never be able to look at plants in the same way again! By the way I don't know whether you will remember me but I thanked you in the lunch queue for bringing the feminine into Homeopathic teaching and then we had a chat over lunch. Anyway, I was on the phone to a friend of mine who has suffered from CFS for the past fifteen years at least. I have given her various remedies over the years and she has had countless other treatments none to much avail. We were idly chatting and I suddenly recalled your proving of Rumex and I said to her "look I don't know whether this remedy will do much for you but I have just heard about it from a seminar and it's worth a try." I had recently given her some tinctures and told her to see if Rumex was amongst them. She found a bottle of 30c and I said "put a few drops in a glass of water and then take a few drops from this." She did this while we were on the phone and we were both able to monitor how the first few drops affected her. After a few seconds she reported feeling a sense of clarity as if a shroud had started to leave her aura. I too
experienced this as I sat in my chair. A few days later she left a message on my ansaphone saying that she felt "fantastic" and that her eye sight had been clearing up - she was now able to read the telephone directory whereas previously it had been a blur. Thisevening I bumped into her at a local supermarket and we went and had tea. She said that her energy had been feeling as it had prior to her illness and that she had been able to do things without struggle and effort. She said she felt like bursting into tears as she felt so brilliant. It felt like a miracle. Obviously it is early days but I have never seen her react so well to previous remedies. So obviously this may well be a brilliant remedy in certain cases of CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). Drinking the water

Morning after:

Throat sensations at house--I took my necklace off, didn't like the pressure against my throat. I felt like I had that lump in my throat. I didn't feel that tired originally--I felt good, good energy. Sleep

pattern (has an abscessed tooth right now--I woke up about every 3 hours and that's normal). I had night sweats RS. I woke up at 4 am, I really slept deeply US. I feel kind of groggy this morning. US (unusual symptom). I had a dream about my ex-husband and his truck and he had to park it in these cubicles. I was going on the road (semi-truck) with him, it was all about dark and secret stuff and this other woman. I went up to the other woman and said "you can have him, you can have him." This seems to be about RELEASE for me--mucus, discharge, and emotional--releasing old stuff. I'm feeling pretty tired. She's very swollen up in face, eyes this morning--she ate Chinese food--reactive to MSG.

I felt like I wanted to cry this morning NS Like I want to get it out. No sense of WHAT I want to cry about.

Seeds--green to red, but not brown like a mature--stem with seeds with alveoli in lungs--has to d with breathing. I remember in anatomy class I saw a lung in young child and a lung from an adult. One was rose colored and the other was black and this gave e the impression when you get older the lungs get polluted and deterioration as it grows older. Oxidation of the cells are here with DOS. When I was journeying I felt the process, The reddish, bright red young lung turning brown in older plant and older lung is brown or black-colored--and could help in this process. And I thought about emphysema.

Shiny white leaf--too much water, the bulb of the root to store water and nutrients to the plant. The vital force of younger plant is stored in the body and is distributed to the plant according.

Thin discharge is the white, opalescent color on leaf means it can lubricate any mucous membranes in body, including dry throat, dry nasal passages.

I drank the water, I felt a pain in LEFT side, like a needle near heart and went and traveled to LEFT under arm, upper arm. It was there for some time. NS

I have problem in my stomach and starting to form a hernia and I think its just starting. Eructation/burping, belching. After I drank it, it's here again--the symptoms--and strong. Felt gas in abdomen. OS (old symptom)

I felt pressure above eyes. My right nostril clogged up; could not breathe through it. I felt like I wanted to sneeze but couldn't--did so many minutes afterward.

Digestive tract. Emphysema. Allergies. Feels VF gets weaker; you have no energy, no drive. Nutrition/lack, inability to absorb nutrients--and they become malnutritioned.

I was sighing a lot.

Morning after:

Travel back o motel, I found acne under my nose--aching a lot. RIGHT nostrils of nose--nose was also obstructed. It was ACHING a lot OS. And it would ache just like that. Now, today, it's not aching US--aching went away very fast--usually would last 1-2 days. No discharge. It just reduced in size. It was cleansing feeling to me; like something was coming out.

I usually have pain RIGHT wrist. I usually have pain here. When we arrived at room it was swollen OS My wrist feels fragile. I had small pain in LEFT wrist--just pain, no swelling. US A sharp, knifelike jabbing pain. OS But usually in my RIGHT. How long did swelling stay on RIGHT

wrist? 2 hours. Usually the swelling remains 2-3 days. We went to Chinese place to eat. Appetite increased 3. My digestion is poor--but it was good last night US. If I eat at night (worse: night) I continue to feel FULL stomach, for hours and hours but not yesterday after taking the essence. US I slept, but I have dreams but don't remember them OS. I dreamed with my sister, but I don't remember the topic. Not happy or bad or sad. Neutral. I have some worries about my sister-she's very shy and closed in her world--38 yeas--younger sister.

I had a headache yesterday in my TEMPLES. It came suddenly and went away quickly. Sharp pain constant. Very FAST. NS (new symptom)

When I woke up, I want to be in my bed more--I didn't want to get up. I took a shower and went back to bed again. Tired, and my body felt heavy--all my body. My legs felt weighted and heavy.

Throat -- tickle in it, started coughing and sneezing. My nose continue to discharge even now. I still feel neck, stiffness and aching pain, tightness RS. I store my tension in neck and shoulders--mostly my neck. Its stiff RS.

Field log Seeds reminded me of little pockets of something, like hands but then branches were like hands were like lungs.

The stem firm, thick and juicy had lines around it and joints and things might clogged up

Leaves had broad along the bottom, and person might be "stuck." Root, lungs and breathing.

Reminded me of circulation and opening things up. Journey: the cells were very big and fluid--if they had phlegm in lungs this would help them clear it out.

Breathing easily at top of plant, felt like lots of space

Drank the water--my breathing--I didn't want to breathe or breathe in.

Thickness of lungs meant congestion and that it was moving the congestion out

Nose--pressure as if nasal cavity/sinuses were block.

Felt sting on the brow above both eyes. Felt like they were coming out onto the skin. Burning sensation. Heat with it. Stings were sharper, like needle. NS
Hands weird stiffness. Knuckle joint stiffness only. Tingling on the surface of both hands. Skin sensitivity. Tightening feel to the skin.

Red, blotchy skin with blocked pores--would help that condition--dermatitis, psoriasis.

Lungs felt clearer. Felt like my lungs could expand more, I could get more air into them and they felt lighter. Lungs were heavy feeling before. Pneumonia.

Morning after report:

When I got back to motel, I had a tickly nose, very dry nose OS, I felt fine after 15 minutes. I felt very awake, energetic and ready to do something. I ate my normal huge amount of food--Chinese. I had a BM--in the evening NS. More liquid than normal OS I felt very awake, it was near midnight and I'm thinking, I've got to go to sleep and I'm really awake--and then I get anxious--thought about Grandfather and he died when she was 10. Loved her a lot.

At home, I don't normally seep until 8 pm if I'm feeling cold. If I'm feeling okay, it varies and feeling great and carry on until 1 am to 2 am. Why did I get emotional? I was anxiety about sleep OS. Recalling grief

about grandfather US (unusual symptom) I don't usually remember him (has tears in her eyes) and very clear memories about him--happy memories--like movies US.

I went to sleep and I woke up because I had the dream. I dreamed in corporate world and at a big round meeting table, and chap here with white shirt, papers out and he's explaining to me how the situation is and I'm listening and I add info and he's cutting across everything I was saying--yelling out, angry at him. I felt a RELEASE 3. I wouldn't do this in the real world! time of dream: 3-4 AM. NS

I went through emotional anxiety thing again, thinking and feeling about Grandfather--more release of GRIEF.

Headache at 5 am - 6 am, brow and top of head, not vertex. Pain felt like -- head felt swollen and a pressure that felt like it was pushing outward. NS

When I woke up feeling TIRED OS.

Flower log:
Leaves develop red circles. Look like red blood cells. Had a urine smell and might help bladder and urine infections. Red circles could have something with blood cells, anemia. It increases perfusion--on loading of oxygen and off loading toxins and carbon monoxide.

I thought good for liver cleansing.

Journey--
It was very green inside and I felt it was reaching for sun and I could see sunlight shining in--like I was in a cathedral. And I got lightheaded. The roots they were tuberous and full of water--whitish yellow. Roots were slippery looking. Discharge, mucus. I went up into the plant and it was very spiritual. I was swimming in green gold water and sun shining through and it felt like the water in the leaves was feeding back into those seeds. I didn't want to leave. The seeds were nodding at me and told me to come back and I felt they were full of energy . Felt a lot more energetic. I was falling to LEFT.

Drink the water:
I had sensation in my ears. I felt a fullness in both ears, no pressure. It blocked some of my ability to hear.

I had warm feeling down both arms and fingers--it was an internal sensation. NS I usually have cold fingers and hands due to poor circulation, kicking in and helping her circulation increase.

Slight trembling of lower jaw NS. Warmth was spreading into my thighs to my knees.

Spread into abdominal area (the warmth). Comfortable feeling. Gave me more energy.

Slight dizziness to the LEFT. Pain at the base of my skull on RIGHT occiput. Dull ache.

Morning after report:
I left here yesterday I was lightheaded. I started that way into the plant--I was "high". I seem to have more energy at that point. We ate Chinese food, usually I don't eat anything battered or fried because it bothers me. I expected indigestion--but I didn't get it later NS.

Indigestion if eat fried food--bloating, gas (belching), heartburn from throat to heart area. And none of that happened.

I was still feeling lightheaded after eating--20%--but I'm still lightheaded right now. OS Sensation like I had taken prescription drugs.

Before I went to bed, telling Debby how I was enjoying learning new things, astrology and flower essences, saying to her that I feel like I'm waking up again. Its been about 5 years--your son passed away. Depression/grief after his death. I feel like I'm coming back to life again. I was really TIRED. I slept really good for 3 hours. I had a dream. I dreamed I was in a room had booths or cubicles all along the 4-wall/square room. In order to have a dream you must sign up for a booth. But they were all taken. Lots of laughter. Debbie was there (her daughter), she found a space in the middle of the room and put up a paper remedy so that we could have a dream. Funny. US.

After that I couldn't go back to sleep---laid there for 2 hours. I was going to write a book of stories I'd tell my grand son. Its just been coming into my head about writing. Its a talent I haven't used. I never thought about what to write about--and it just came to me, that I would tell Zachary my grandson, about what I and Debby did. I could write a book about family stories. Funny tales, but thoughts came to me, more and more serious tales. Essence helped to gel or focused more on how I should go about getting out this hidden talents--this energy I haven't been using. She also is thinking of doing drawings with her stories.

Her lower jaw was trembling--plant told Gail--it's okay to cry. And Gail wondered if Linda was crying that her lower jaw trembled--and Linda does get that feeling--but I didn't know WHY I was crying.

I finally went back to sleep and just didn't want to get up this morning. I couldn't more. When I did get up, I was still lightheaded--watching while I was walking, I dropped my pills, knocking over stuff. Very unsteady. Very elderly symptoms.

I fee stuffed up through nose. Both nostrils obstructed. OS I wish I could blow my nose and loosen it up the lightheadedness would go away. OS

I have mild asthma. Seeds reminded me of a penis. Seeds were like ovaries and uterus. Dark red as its older thicker as we get older. Felt it was detoxification. Succulent--felt about skin, for dry skin. Pearlescence Moisturizing.

Tuberous roots reminded me of veins and fallopian tubes. Got a picture of a stomach and bladder.

Journey-- roots were succulent and water storage and reminded me of veins. Edema water. High blood pressure? Rigid stems. Leaves were cool feeling. Bladder, feet tingling. Ovaries. I sharp PINCH in my RIGHT ovary. And then it moved to left ovary. I got energy, increased. Female problems? Reproduction and sexual problems?

Cleansing, detox, I saw deep color red. During journey. I felt sunlight coming in and hitting me in the head (she's sitting in the shade). Light was hitting top of plant. I saw the color yellow that made me think of urinary tract.

Drinking water:

Sides of my tongue felt bitter.

I felt whoosh of white light through crown chakra down midline to bladder. I wanted to urinate. I did not have to urinate at that time. I sharp PINCHING in RIGHT ovary first, and Left but isn't as sharp. OS

I felt tingling on outer skin, all over my body NS Pleasant. Like someone was giving me a light healing.

Sharp, stabbing pain, like someone drove a nail into my knee--RIGHT knee. I've had knee injuries before. OS Right knee worse off via injuries.

Chakras was Solar Plexus chakra was primary. Secondary was Navel and Root chakra.

Next morning: Sleep of the dead. I've never slept so hard. I usually go to bathroom at 4 am--but didn't do it this time. I was very hungry. Meat grounds me. I ate jalapenos--I have a problem with acid reflux the last 5 years, and I don't normally eat jalapenos because of it. However, last night I ate jalapenos I had an acid problem that was NOT reflux and it wasn't as bad as it could have been--only 15% and I ate strawberries Sunday--CRAVING sweets OS, when my body drags down -- hypoglycemic -- I crave sweets. Its rare that it happens.

I noticed when I left I realized how brain dead when I was trying to answer your questions after taking the essences--it was worse than fog; couldn't retrieve or remember the symptoms NS I felt retarded. At 6:30 pm got RIGHT to LEFT, sharp stabbing pains, with RIGHT worse than left. I noticed mild cramping in uterus (I just had a period last week). I get sharp stabbing pain in ovaries a week before menses. Uterine cramps NS. I had a clear vaginal discharge; not a lot. Discharge was thin. Clear. Odor? none. US

8:15 PM RIGHT knee, mild burning sensation RS

I went to sleep--I noticed this morning. I have a history of Parkinson's disease in my family. I am shaking today and I don't like it.

OS--right hand inner and outer trembling only.

But with this essence, I feel inner AND out trembling all over body (LEFT hand worse than RIGHT) NS

I was dragging, need to fall asleep, more alive.

Flower logs seed head green to deep red reminded me of hemorrhoids. Red color thought about hemorrhoids.

Stem reminded me of congestion due to its fullness. Used for tissues clogged with edema. Edema of hands.

Journey:

Entered stem, got green with reddish brown spot like in blood vessel---a sluggish feeling. Felt good but sluggish. Slow motion. My fingers started to thicken. My right ankle starting to swell OS

pain in RIGHT food, down on arch and up over top. Pain felt like sharp and quick NS

Roots felt hollow and roomy feeling with a lot of water around.

I felt floaty and secure as I put my arms out. I felt like I had a lot of myself out there--real public--felt okay.

I felt regal, lofty and above it all. I could lord over other stuff.

Drank the water:

I had a purple background with reddish brown spots floating around. Physically lighter. Fingers (sausage/edema) felt better. I got hit in heart chakra and went to throat chakra. It was pressure, no pain associated with it.

Blotchy skin when you see them drink too much, over weight, older, acne rosacea.

Next morning: I felt draggy all night. I still feel draggy this morning. So tired. I crashed last night when I got home to the motel. Last night I ate a small dinner and had indigestion US Stomach, feeling of fullness, extremely "full" feeling and wouldn't later. I was just miserable. I laid down and took a nap it was BETTER. It took 3 hours to go away. I couldn't remember my dreams. I had more mucus in nose NS, my eyes had sandpaper,

Wet and gritty in my eyes when I woke up OS. Really TIRED when I woke up. I felt like I was beat up. OS

This is a plant to do with water element and mucus. Felt to me like a cactus, a succulent feel to leaf. The stem appeared to be more of a succulent and wasn't woody. The top reminded me of a yucca. Joints of plant. New growth at those joints--regeneration of a joint? Circulation. Tissues and organs, a toner for the system. The iron. Bowels and urinary tract. Seems to hold moisture well and in a storage capacity. Water storer. A sturdy plant but no flower.

A person is a hard worker but never strut their stuff--they don't have a chance to blossom. They have seeds to propagate but no bloom to experience the "full bloom" of life.

Root: a storage place. Journey: A giant door opened and a vibrant orange color. I went down to root of plant--colors--transparent and went down to root. Felt like a manufacturing plant. Felt very heavy and slow down there. Very heavy. Slow motion. Felt like it was sticky. Slow but steady energy. Got to top of seed head--we're airy, light.

Drinking the Water: Felt the stomach. Felt prickles on both lips. My lips are dry. I need water. I had some nerve damage on LEFT arm. Inner elbows on left leg/behind knee, was an intense ache 3. Behind both knees. The folds of the joints of elbows and knees. Heavy legs. Below the waist felt very heavy. I could feel colon area. Rumblings. Slow, steady feeling of energy.

A little lighter energy the second sip and everything felt okay.

Morning after report: Appetite improved; I was very hungry--still am Yesterday we went and got jalapeno peppers--they are very distressing them--I CRAVED something hot and spicy--I had peppers on sandwich and pepper poppers. Lots of pepper. Tired until we ate 3. Then energy came back up so I didn't feel like I wanted to take a nap and sleep. A little more focus after eating. Tired and defocused and needing food after Eileen's. The jalapenos did not bother me NS. Jalapenos act as a cleanser for me. Usually they bother me in the evening and they will give me diarrhea. They burn going in and out. Rectal burning after BM -- RS. But, this time, I have not had any of those symptoms. I slept well, felt semi-refreshed and focused. My BM was fine--peppers didn't bother me NS. Desire to eat NS.

Noticed urine was more concentrated and more of a goldenrod color whereas my urine color is normally a lighter color of yellow.

flower log: stream of very bright light--shut my yes--saw shape of lungs green and outlined in red. I saw intestine areas. I started rocking and going to the LEFT. Paper is slimy around base--like onion skin--up on the leaf itself it feels like sandpapery feeling. I saw hemorrhoids, good for rough skin, If you held plant it felt cold. Poor circulation. My eyes felt more full of fluid. Eyes are itching like crazy--but they are dry and itching OS.

Next Morning: woke up to go to the bathroom in middle of the night and I felt drugged. Feeling like I'd taken a sleeping pill. Sensations: my vision was blurred, I needed to turn the light on (and I don't normally), I was very cautious about walking. And I don't even remember walking back to bed. And I woke up when the alarm went off it was hard to focus and get moving.

Pimples.

JOURNEY:

Plant told her it was good for holding on stuff to the point that it created another situation. constipation. Problems with mucus--too much of it. Heavy feeling in the legs. I was walking bowlegged and pigeon toed and is this the way a person with hemorrhoids would walk. My legs felt very old and tired and worn out.

The seed head comes out of much small leaves and it made me to think of people who had smaller bowel movements which would bring on the hemorrhoids.

Drinking water:

I felt drawn to the LEFT. Water was bitter and slightly tannic tasting and heavy feeling. Mucus. My skin felt moist and slick I could feel it. My auric field was pulled in. Drawn in. Very depleted. Elderly essence. Edema worse on RIGHT side.

Morning after: In middle of night --got up--had to turn light on, unfocused, had to watch my step on way to bathroom. Disorientation. Don't remember going back to bed. The alarm went off this morning, it was not good--I didn't want to wake up. Eyes wouldn't focus. Had trouble and had to be present about where I was putting my feet. Lethargy lasted all last night. And even today I'm feeling dragging, no energy, no vital. Feel like a flat liner--someone without a pulse after they die from a cardiac arrest. I felt like I took a sleep tablet--disoriented, discombobulated. I also got picante sauce--ate it last night and that's what I wanted after class--grabbed the spicy sauce to eat it. May need more acid, has to do with the intestines.

I remained tired, lethargic and just wanting to be a couch potato until 9 PM that night (and the essence water was drank at 3:00 pm).

I feel this essence LOWERS the person's blood sugar. People with diabetes should not take this without their doctor's consent. People who have hypoglycemia may do well with this essences because they get low blood sugar.

There is a common thread here between provers that they all are experiencing low blood sugar symptoms from this...and this is WHY they are hungry and have an increased appetite. Cheri and Janet wanted MEAT--protein afterward--and it really turned their energy around after taking the essence.
